We see professional training programmes as a tool of excellence to stimulate the knowledge that enables Celoplás to be more competitive. Human Resources department contributes to a strategy of professional skills’ improvement based on two elements:

• The professional growth of our employees through advanced training and adjusted to the market requirements as, for instance, the protocols established with the University of Minho and Porto and recent participation in the MIT-Portugal Programme.

• A recruitment policy which focuses on attracting young people with high potential and with proper education for further specialized training promoted by Celoplás.
